When will I receive my order?

Production time for our custom signs is 4 to 6 business days. After your lovely item has been created, passed quality inspection, and packaged, you will receive a tracking number. All of our metal signs ship from Louisiana via FedEx.

What if my item arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please provide us with a photo of the damage along with your name, email address, and order number. Let us know if you would prefer a refund or replacement and we'll get on it! You don't even need to send the defective item back.

Do you offer returns?

Since our products are custom made just for you, they are truly unique! As such, we can only offer replacements or returns for damaged items. Please make sure your spelling, color, and size selections are correct before placing your order.
